CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
As a retainer, $25 of the total cost of course is required for all courses scheduled at time of booking unless otherwise stated by the instructor. The retainer goes towards your overall cost of course/s and balance is due on the date of the course. All retainers are non-refundable unless other arrangements have been made with the instructor prior to service date OR in the case the instructor is unable to perform the class due to the instructors personal reasons (acts of God are excluded from personal reasons i.e. national emergency, extreme weather conditions, etc). If you need to reschedule your appointment and a retainer was made at time of scheduling, your retainer can carry over to any date within 30 days of the original scheduled dated as long as it is rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the appointment time. If a retainer was made at time of scheduling and you cancelled without rescheduling and more than 30 days surpass, you will forfeit your retainer and will need to go online to book a new course date. Courses that are a no call/no show and/or need to be cancelled or rescheduled after the 24-hour cut off time will automatically forfeit the $25 retainer If you should need to reschedule the original appointment more than once, and the time frame exceeds 30 days from the original scheduled date, client will forfeit their retainer and will be required to pay a new retainer in order to reserve their appointment time again. If you are going to be late to your class, the only acceptable form of communication is through call or text. *Note, in the case that you are 15 minutes or more late to your class it will be treated as a same day cancellation and any unpaid balance will be collected at that time in order to schedule future services. Messages sent through email and social media may not be checked till the end of the workday which could result in a no-show fee. Any messages sent to instructor outside normal business hours are subject to instructors discretion as to response time. Clients are fully responsible for remembering, modifying, rescheduling and canceling course dates and times in a timely manner. A courtesy reminder is sent out prior to your course date to whatever form of communication you listed at time of booking. If you need to make any adjustments to your appointment, you are urged to go to your appointment reminder via email (not text) where you will be redirected to the online portal to make modifications. If you have any questions regarding booking or do not see your question answered on this site, please feel free to call or text the number listed on the main home page.
